Featuring superior facial biometrics for precise time tracking and electronic door control, you can say farewell to inaccurate timesheets and costly key management, and hello to automated time tracking, improved security, and streamlined operational efficiency. TIME & ATTENDANCE FEATURES BiodeTIME harnesses the irrefutable accuracy of world-leading face biometrics, helping businesses of all sizes in commercial and retail environments to: - Eradicate costly timesheet fraud, buddy punching, and unauthorised overtime. - Improve efficiency and reduce payroll errors through automated data capture. - Record the exact time and originating person behind every activity. - Reduce HR’s administration burden by automatically generating digital timesheets. - Enable biometric T&A for mobile workers operating in the field. - Capture the exact location of each entry using our optional geolocation feature. - Streamline operations and reduce double-handling of information through integration with your preferred payroll or roster solution. - Automate self-enrollment of face biometrics with an easy-to-navigate interface. ACCESS CONTROL AND SECURITY FEATURES Electronically control doors* using face biometrics to: - Eliminate physical keys that are hard to track and manage. - Securely control all physical access points (e.g. stock room, staff room, or dangerous areas). - Reduce stock shrinkage and protect your physical assets from theft. - Centrally manage access privileges for all staff, including staff working in multi-site businesses (e.g. Sydney office, Brisbane office). - Restrict or allow user access privileges with geofencing capability (e.g. allow the door to open when I am within less than 5m). - Improve workplace security and protect sensitive or dangerous areas from unauthorised access. - Eliminate fallible PINs and swipe cards that can be easily lost, hacked, stolen, shared, or copied. ADDITIONAL BiodeTIME FEATURES Additional features are available through the BiodeTIME desktop management console. Boasting advanced real-time data analysis, managers benefit from insightful information and can generate muster reports showing who is on location at any time. BiodeTIME can also be used with a wide range of biometrics, including face, fingerprint, Iris, or a hybrid face/iris biometric. 2FA methods such as PIN or swipecard are also supported depending on the chosen biometric device. Although BiodeTIME supports biometric hardware from industry leaders like Idemia and Iris ID, by utilising SMART BYOD technology (bring your own device), BiodeTIME Mobile (TM ) can reduce, or potentially eliminate, the investment in deploying traditional wall-mounted Bundy clocks. Imagine T&A on mobile, wall-mounted, or combine the two - the choice is yours!
