Description

NOT A GOVERNMENT APP OneSur is made by IdeaLaunch, a private developer, for the disaster offices that choose to use it. It does not represent the national government or any government agency, and it is not a replacement for official channels. OneSur connects you to your city or municipal disaster risk reduction and management office (DRRMO). When something happens, tap Report an emergency. Your location goes with it, so the office knows where to send help. Add a photo, a short video or a voice note if you can. Then follow your report as the office receives it, sends the nearest station, and responders arrive. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Report a fire, flood, crime, medical emergency, road crash and more, in under a minute • Pin the exact spot on the map, or move the pin yourself • Follow each step: received, station notified, on the way, arrived • Write to the office or call them from your report • Find the nearest fire, police and hospital stations and call them with one tap • Get weather warnings, advisories and evacuation centre updates for your area WHERE IT WORKS OneSur works in the towns and cities whose disaster office uses it. Outside them, the app tells you so and shows the nearest covered town. IN DANGER RIGHT NOW? Call 911. OneSur works alongside the national emergency number, not instead of it. SOURCES OF THE INFORMATION IN THIS APP • Advisories, hotlines, stations and evacuation centres: posted by the disaster office of each town that uses OneSur. Example: Cagayan de Oro, https://www.cagayandeoro.gov.ph • Weather warnings: PAGASA, https://www.pagasa.dost.gov.ph • Earthquakes and volcanoes: PHIVOLCS, https://www.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph • National disaster council: NDRRMC, https://ndrrmc.gov.ph • Emergency number 911: https://e911.gov.ph • Daily forecast: Open-Meteo, https://open-meteo.com (not a government source) The same list, with links, is in the app under Account, then Sources. Your report goes only to the disaster office of the place it happened. Privacy policy: https://onesur-api.idealaunch.dev/privacy
