LoadSense: Recovery & HRV

Before you train, see where you're starting from. LoadSense reads last night, your HRV and your recent training load in Apple Health, adds how you feel, and shows an estimated recovery with the time it was calculated and the measurements it rests on. Each morning: a score out of 100, its confidence level and the time of the calculation. Open it and every measurement sits next to your own baseline, computed on your iPhone. When a measurement is missing or old, the screen says so. With your permission, LoadSense can read heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, activity since waking and VO2 max from Apple Health. Free • Your daily state, its main factors and the details of each indicator. • The workout simulator: enter the session you plan and read its verdict. • A journal for what sensors can't see: alcohol, late caffeine, a late meal, travel, feeling ill. • Your charts and history. • The daily summary on Apple Watch, with its sync status. • One complete preview of the seven-day load projection when enough data is available. It starts no subscription or free trial. LoadSense Pro • Projected load over seven days with and without your planned workout, assumptions shown. Scenarios do not forecast recovery. • Ask the local coach about your available data, with the dates and limits of each answer. • A weekly review: averages, the number of days with data and up to three observations. • Extended trends. Your health data stays on your devices No LoadSense account to create, no health data server, no advertising tracking. Calculations, history and essential coach answers stay local. Essential answers work without Apple Intelligence; optional wording depends on device and system availability. Purchases and model preparation use Apple services. Your Health iCloud settings and voluntary exports remain under your control. Pro is available as a lifetime purchase, or as an annual or monthly subscription. Prices and terms appear in the app before purchase. A free trial is offered only when available and you are eligible. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings. Restore purchases in the app. Existing purchases and historical access are preserved. Requires iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch companion requires watchOS 11 or later. Available indicators depend on compatible Apple Health data, your permissions and your watch model. LoadSense is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Scores are heuristic context, not a diagnosis, injury prediction or performance guarantee.
