Work Hours Tracker: Breta

Breta is a notebook for your jobs. Every job you take on lives in one place: what you agreed, when you are working, the photos you took, the hours you put in, the materials you used, and what you earned. Built for handymen, tradespeople and solo contractors who bill by the job and would rather be working than doing paperwork. WHAT A JOB HOLDS Give a job a customer, a price and the days you are on site, and it keeps everything else together for you: - Photos, taken several at a time without leaving the app, with captions and a cover shot - Videos of the work, before and after - Notes as the job moves - Hours, timed with a live timer you can watch from the Lock Screen - Materials, with quantities and units - An estimate, and a price breakdown with tax if you charge it YOUR DAY, WITHOUT THE DIARY The home screen shows what is on today, this week and this month, so you open the app and already know where you are going. The calendar marks every day that has work on it, and tapping a day tells you what is booked. Jobs that run over several days can carry different times on each day. CUSTOMERS YOU CAN REACH IN ONE TAP Call, message, email or navigate to a customer straight from their card. Addresses open in Google Maps if you have it, Apple Maps if you do not. Every customer keeps the history of the jobs you have done for them. KNOW WHAT YOU EARNED See completed jobs and revenue for the month at a glance, then open either one for the full picture: how it compares to last month, how it has moved over the last year, and what an average month looks like. Share a clean summary when you need to show someone. IT FITS HOW YOU ALREADY WORK - A home screen widget with your next job and a button that opens the route - A reminder each morning of what is on, and a nudge to close out a job you have finished - Sync across your iPhone and iPad through iCloud, in your own account - Add jobs to your device calendar if you want them alongside everything else - Back up and restore everything yourself, and import from Jobee Pro - Works in 37 languages, with your own currency and tax rate WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Breta does not raise invoices and does not log mileage. It records the work so you always know what you did, when, and for whom. PRIVACY Your jobs, customers and photos are yours. They stay on your device and in your own iCloud account. There are no accounts to create and nothing is sold to anyone. BRETA PRO Your first 3 jobs are free, with every feature.
