SmartKis

SmartKis is a money tracker for individuals and small businesses. Record an income or an expense in seconds, and see immediately where the month stands. The app speaks English and Hebrew, and switches at any time. Hebrew renders fully right-to-left every screen, every number, every date. What is inside: Home The monthly balance, a comparison with last month, a budget meter showing what is left, and your recent transactions. Transactions Search, filter and grouping by day, with a total for each month. Edit or delete any entry. Analytics A breakdown by category, a trend over time, and insights daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Recurring entries Rent, a subscription, a loan repayment. Set the cadence once and the entry posts itself on its own day. Receipts and documents Photograph a receipt and attach it to a transaction. Files stay on your device and are never uploaded to any server. PDF report A clean report for any period you choose, carrying your business details and logo, with the receipts embedded inside the document. Ready to send to your accountant. Daily insight A short notification once a day about what happened to your money. Generated on your device, with no notification server. Personal or business account Business mode adds your company details, registration number, and a logo that appears on your reports. Light and dark Two complete palettes that follow your device setting. Privacy There are no adverts, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. We do not know which screens you opened. The receipts you attach never leave your device. We do not connect to your bank and we never see card details. The subscription Every new account starts with three days free, with no payment method taken. After that you can continue monthly or yearly both buy exactly the same access.
