So much to read, and so hard to start? Pageminded is a calm reading app with ADHD-informed design. It helps you start, stay with it, remember, and stop on your own terms. START • Bring in what you want to read: share a page from Safari, paste text, enter a web address, or open a PDF, EPUB, Word, RTF, Markdown or plain-text file. • See an honest estimate before you commit, at your pace, and filter your list by "Fits in 10 min". • Up next keeps a short list in front of you. Not for now? Choose Later, or Let it go, without a guilt pile. STAY WITH IT • Long texts are split into bite-size sections, with progress you can see. • A quiet reader: automatic, light, dark or sepia themes; text size and spacing; line focus. • Scroll, or turn pages like a book. • Focus: one word, or a short phrase, at a time, at your pace. Tap to pause, and Done takes you back to the same word on the page. • Read along: the sentence being spoken is highlighted as the voice reads, and an optional underline follows each word. Or just listen, from 0.8x to 2x. • Natural-sounding voices that run on your iPhone or iPad, as an optional download, alongside the voices already on your device and your own Personal Voice if you've made one. • Keeps playing with the screen locked, with controls on the lock screen and your headphones. • In the car, keep listening with CarPlay: pick a book or a chapter, and your place carries over. • Tap "Done for now" whenever you like. Your exact place is saved. REMEMBER • Coming back after a break? "Where you left off" shows the last lines you read, so you can continue or go back a bit. • At the end of a section, a one-line check: what was the main point? Answer, or skip it. • When you finish, a one-minute brain dump (type or speak it), then see what the text actually said. • Save quotes with their source. PDF quotes keep their page. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. • Your library stays on your device. The app goes online only to fetch a page you ask for and to download the optional voices. • Speaking an answer is turned into text on your device.
