Choose your distance and add athletes to keep their results organized. CHOOSE YOUR START - Flying Start: Cross the start phone's camera gate. - Touch Release: Hold the start phone's screen, then lift your finger. - Countdown: Start on the beep after 3, 2, 1. - Voice Command: Follow spoken starter commands; timing begins on GO. - In-Frame Start: Stand at the front-camera gate, then cross the on-screen line. REVIEW YOUR TRAINING Save sessions in History, review run times and available splits, and follow your personal bests. Repeat a saved session or choose a training template for your next workout.
