Roasters Pal: Coffee Roasting

Roasters Pal is a roasting log for home and small-batch coffee roasters. Record every roast, see your rate of rise live, keep your green beans in order and learn from each batch. Version 3.0 is a complete redesign. ROAST WITH CONFIDENCE • Pre-roasting checks: roaster, units, log interval, logging mode and Bluetooth status on one page. Tap any line to change it and come straight back. • Log temperatures automatically from a Roasters Pal Bluetooth thermometer or a supported Bluetooth probe, or enter them by hand. • Live graph of bean temperature (BT), environment temperature (ET) and rate of rise (RoR), with auto zoom. • Mark charge, dry end, first crack, second crack and drop with one tap. Drying, Maillard and development phases are worked out for you. • Alarm sounds keep you on time while your hands are busy. KEEP EVERY ROAST • Each roast keeps its full curve, weights, weight loss, roast level, rating, notes and the beans used. • Taste notes from the coffee flavour wheel, best drink and brewing recommendations. • Select several roasts at once to upload, export as one zip file or delete. Import a zip back at any time. • Back up and restore all your data. GREEN-BEAN INVENTORY • Track green-bean lots with origin, process, supplier, moisture, density and stock. • Stock goes down as you roast, and each lot keeps its history. PRINT AND SHARE • A full roast report as a PDF, ready to print or send. • Export a roast and share it with another Roasters Pal user. ROASTERS PAL CLOUD • Create a free Roasters Pal Cloud account right in the app. • Roasts upload automatically after each roast, or when you are back online. • See your roasts on a big screen in the web app, compare two roasts on one chart, and share roasts with other roasters. • Download or archive many roasts at once. AI ROAST ANALYSIS (PREMIUM) Ask for an evaluation of a profile, how to improve the next roast, what to expect in the cup, brewing suggestions or a check for roast defects. Premium includes 25 AI requests every month, and you can add packs of 25 more. Answers are saved with the roast and open again for free, and a request keeps running if you leave the page. PREMIUM Premium removes ads, unlocks all styles and AI analysis, and lets your Roasters Pal Cloud account keep up to 500 roasts (50 on Free). It is a monthly or yearly subscription, renewing automatically until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your App Store account settings.
