Prarthana Religious Trust acts as a powerhouse in nurturing spiritual connectivity and community engagement through its array of religious activities and practices. The app is designed in a manner that it can be used by three distinct user groups like admins, sub admins and members each with predefined functionalities. Administrators hold the pivotal role of overseeing and managing the entire system. They possess exclusive rights to scan attendance, adding payment-related details, scheduling activities, setting attendance timeframes, and generating comprehensive attendance reports. This authority enables them to efficiently steer the trust's activities and ensure flawless operations. Subadmins, empowered by certain administrative privileges, are entrusted with attendance scanning capabilities and much more. Members form the core of the trust, benefiting from a range of user-friendly features. They can conveniently access their attendance details, ensuring they remain updated with their participation records. Additionally, members have the flexibility to maintain and update their profiles as needed. The platform facilitates secure and hassle-free payment processes for various activities, enabling members to make timely payments and generate receipts for their transactions. This streamlined functionality enhances the overall user experience, promoting active engagement within the trust's community while ensuring transparency and ease of use. In essence, Prarthana Religious Trust's platform is designed to empower its constituents - be it the administrators steering the operations, the subadmins contributing to efficient management, or the members actively participating in religious activities - fostering a cohesive environment dedicated to spiritual growth and community involvement.
