RepAhead

Know your next lift. Rep Ahead is a straightforward workout tracker for people who want to spend less time tapping at their phone and more time training. LOG THE WAY YOU TRAIN Write each exercise, weight, set and rep in plain text. Rep Ahead turns it into a clean workout record. If an exercise name is unclear, choose the right movement yourself or add it to your library. GET A CLEAR TARGET Open an exercise before your next set to see a recommendation based on your recent training. Rep Ahead estimates your one-rep max and gives you working-weight targets for 6, 8 and 10 reps.
