Rezido is the app for owners and residents of condominium buildings in Bulgaria. Your building manager gives you access, and you see everything about your property — without phone calls and without paperwork. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Dues and payments — see your current fees and extraordinary contributions, find your building's bank details for a transfer and follow your own payment history. • Building announcements — receive your manager's notices immediately, with a notification on your phone. • General Assembly — agenda, invitation and minutes; you always know when and where the meeting is. • Documents — contracts, minutes and statements, available at any time. • Maintenance reports — report a problem in the common areas and attach a photo. • My property — details of your apartment, its ideal parts and the people recorded under the Bulgarian Condominium Act. BUILT FOR BULGARIAN CONDOMINIUMS Rezido follows the requirements of the Condominium Ownership Management Act (ЗУЕС) — the condominium register, General Assembly minutes and the allocation of costs by ideal parts. The interface is entirely in Bulgarian and amounts are in euro. ACCESS COMES FROM YOUR BUILDING MANAGER There is no self-registration in the app — your account is created by the manager of your building. If your building does not use Rezido yet, share rezido.app with them. FREE FOR OWNERS AND RESIDENTS Rezido is free for you.
