Event Journey offers you and your delegates a fully customisable, feature-rich event app. Our standard app features cover most event requirements – from full programme schedules to personal event builders, through to networking options, feedback and reporting. Present single day single track or multi day multi track programmes simply and clearly At-a-glance schedule shows title, speaker and time features for programme, social and networking activities as well as exhibition participants Detailed programme information - tap on a session to see a full programme description and location. Speakers - present speaker profiles and social connectors My agenda – delegates can save all their sessions to a personal event planner, save preferences and set up meetings all in one place, in-app My profile – add a delegate profile (optional for delegates) to allow other delegates to find each other and connect and manage app communication preferences. My Contacts – allow delegates to search for other attendees (delegates opt in) and save them as contacts to meet during the event, schedule meetings and network My meetings – set up meetings via the app with sponsors, exhibitors or other delegates – an added value highlight for exhibitors and save them to ‘my agenda’ Integrated Social sharing – built in social share functionality allow you to share event highlights directly to from the app to social channels, including built in tweet-wall for your event hashtag Event manager benefits include Manage Push notifications for opted in delegates Added value for exhibitors and sponsors with advanced meeting scheduling and planning features Maximise delegate self-management and selections Minimise management of session registrations by allowing delegates to register via the app Pick up regular reports on attendees and activities In-app feedback– push feedback notifications for each session direct to delegates to complete in-app and receive on the spot reports Full reporting options The app enables you to add your event details and logo and branding devices (colour and images) to a fixed format app, or build and develop existing features into the app (please ask for costs).
