Sortheim: Screenshots

You screenshotted the concert date so you wouldn't forget it. It's still not in your calendar. Neither is the recipe for Saturday, or the jacket to check later. Sortheim turns that pile into things you can act on. It sorts every screenshot in your Screenshots album: a date goes to Calendar with a tap, a task becomes a reminder, a place opens in Maps. Recipes, quotes, products and articles each get their own category. Then clear the pile. Delete the originals and keep what they said, as text with or without a small copy. Nothing is deleted until you confirm, and Recently Deleted holds the originals for 30 days. Your screenshots stay on this iPhone. Sorting runs here, not on a server. No account, no subscription: you pay once. With iCloud on, the sorted library (text, categories, labels) is backed up to your private iCloud; the screenshots and their small copies are never uploaded. Usage statistics are only collected if you explicitly agree. What the app can't place goes to Needs Review, and every category can be changed by hand. Nothing is marked done unless you do it yourself. Search, labels and Markdown or CSV export are included, for old screenshots and new ones. Automatic sorting uses Apple Intelligence and needs an iPhone that supports it. On other iPhones the app reads the text and pre-sorts by keywords. Works on iPhone and iPhone Duo. Requires iOS 27.
