TuitionSync Parent keeps you in touch with your child's tuition centre. • Home – your child's next class, attendance this month and how many classes in a row they have attended, with the newest message from the centre. • Timetable – the next four weeks of classes, with any cancelled class and its reason, and make-up classes. • Attendance – which classes your child attended or missed, month by month. • Messages – announcements from the centre, and a private conversation with the centre's staff about each child. • Results and homework – published test results with grades, the term's report card, and homework with its due date. • Childcare – for children in the centre's after-school care: when they arrived and were collected, and what they ate. • Documents – files the centre shares with you, such as report cards. • Notifications – a notice when your child is marked absent, when results are published or homework is set, and when the centre writes to you. Choose which notices you receive and set quiet hours. • More than one child – switch between your children with one tap, even at different centres. • Your child's own app – show a one-time QR code to set up TuitionSync Student on your child's phone. TuitionSync Parent is for parents and guardians of students at a tuition centre that uses TuitionSync. There is nothing to sign up for: your centre creates your account. Sign in with your email address and the six-digit code we send you. What you see depends on what your centre uses: a centre without after-school care, for example, shows no childcare. The app is in English, Chinese and Malay: it follows your phone's language, or you can choose one in Settings. TuitionSync is made in Malaysia by Apply IT.
