Worth My Time?

Ever wondered how long you'd have to work to pay for that thing in your basket? Worth My Time turns prices into hours of your life, so you can decide whether something is really worth it. Tell the app what you earn and how many hours you work, and it instantly shows what your time is worth per minute, per hour, and per day. From there, two simple tools help you make smarter decisions: WORTH MY TIME? Type in the cost of anything — a takeaway, a gadget, a subscription — and see exactly how much of your working time it costs. Or flip it around: enter an amount of time and see what it's worth in money. That £300 impulse buy hits differently when you see it as two days at your desk. WORTH THE DRIVE? Is that trip across town for a cheaper deal actually saving you anything? Enter your car's fuel efficiency, the fuel price, the distance and the driving time, and get the true cost of the journey — fuel plus the value of your time behind the wheel. Toggle on "return journey" and the app doubles the distance for you. Works with both MPG and L/100km. ON YOUR WRIST Worth My Time comes with a full Apple Watch app. Your salary details sync automatically from your iPhone, and the watch app works independently too — so you can do the "is it worth it?" maths right at the shop shelf. MADE FOR WHEREVER YOU ARE • Choose from 14 currencies including GBP, USD, EUR and more • Miles or kilometres — your choice • Salary can be entered as monthly, weekly or daily pay • Fine-tune your working hours per week for accurate results SIMPLE AND PRIVATE No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your salary details stay on your device. The app is completely free — if it saves you from a bad purchase or two, there's an optional tip jar (and yes, the app will cheekily tell you how many seconds of work the tip costs you). Your money is really your time. Spend both wisely.
