Shuttle Tracker

Shuttle Tracker is the dispatch and driver app for dealerships running VenueVision autoTEXT. Service staff book customer rides, drivers work the day's trips in order, and customers are kept informed by text — all from one app. BUILT FOR THE SERVICE LANE • Today's trips in time order, with pickup or drop-off, passenger count, repair order number and whatever instructions the advisor left. • Start, undo and complete a trip in a tap, so the board always shows what is really happening. • Turn-by-turn navigation to the customer's address, with the option to avoid tolls. • A live map of the fleet: every shuttle, where it is, and whether it is moving. • Text the customer from the trip itself — send a photo if it helps — and read their replies in the same thread. • Book a new ride in seconds, with address suggestions as you type. • English and French. Shuttle Tracker requires an active VenueVision autoTEXT account. Drivers and service staff sign in with credentials issued by their dealership; there is no public sign-up.
