TextProof: Text Message Export

Some conversations you need on paper. TextProof turns your own conversations into a complete, timestamped document you can print, email or keep: a PDF, a spreadsheet (CSV) or plain text. No computer, no cable, no backup. THREE WAYS IN • From Messages, without leaving TextProof (iOS 26.4 or later). Add the free TextProof Shortcut once, pick a chat and the dates, and every day is checked and counted. Each message keeps the exact date and time Messages recorded, to the second. Photos are printed in the document, reactions are marked as reactions, and replies show what they answered. • From WhatsApp: use WhatsApp's own Export chat and send the file to TextProof. Every message comes across with its exact time. • From any other app: screen-record yourself scrolling, or pick screenshots. TextProof reads them on your iPhone and marks any place it couldn't see, instead of hiding it. AN EXPORT THAT TELLS THE TRUTH Times and dates appear only where they were really recorded or shown, never invented. Anything TextProof wasn't sure about is flagged, and you can fix any message before you export. A message you correct is marked as corrected in the document. ONE PAYMENT The first 20 messages of every chat export free, at full quality, with no watermark, so you can see exactly what you're getting. Unlimited exports are a single one-time purchase. No subscription, ever. WHAT YOU GET • Timestamped PDF laid out like the conversation itself • CSV and plain text export • Every day of a Messages import checked and counted • Gap markers where a recording may have missed something • Tap any message to fix its text or sender, with undo • Folders to keep your documents in order • Dark mode • Nothing leaves your device: no accounts, no servers, no analytics TextProof is for exporting your own conversations from your own phone. Whether a document can be used in any formal process is always a decision for the people running that process. Messages and Shortcuts are Apple apps; TextProof is not made by Apple. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. TextProof is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
