MAKE A SALE ANYTIME, ANYWHERE Process sales instantly in-store, over the phone or remotely with our portable touchscreen interface and built-in barcode and credit card scanner. Toggle on the payments collection application and take advantage of the built-in virtual terminal which makes it easy to add pop-up checkouts, especially during busy periods. Payments can also be taken directly on an iPad, removing the need for an EFTPOS machine. SERVICE MANAGEMENT MADE EASY Streamline your business from end-to-end and enhance the customer experience. Spenda’s job management feature allows field and service technicians to book and close jobs, produce invoices and take card payments onsite, or from the office, removing the need to chase payments and giving you better control over your cash flow. ACCEPT MORE PAYMENT OPTIONS Accept cash, card or connect our Pay Invoice By Link service and give your customers the flexibility to safely make payment without ever surrendering their bank card. You can also choose to never pay merchant fees again, because not only can we offer you a competitive blended flat rate and one of the cheapest online rates in Australia, but by on-charging your merchant fees to your customers, you’ll never have to pay a single cent again. FAST RETURNS AND REFUNDS The efficiency of processing returns and sales in one streamlined transaction will make your sale process more efficient, along with creating a better customer experience. Simply toggle between the sale and return screen on your iPad to add a new sale to a refund and complete the transaction. SMARTER PURCHASING With our Warehouse Management and Purchasing applications turned on, you can quickly streamline your procurement process and better manage your inventory. See exactly what’s available and where it’s located and always have the right amount of stock on hand to satisfy your customers.
