Description
Flint was built to help you reclaim your attention and be more intentional with your screen time. We believe breaking free from phone addiction shouldn't require willpower—just a little spark. By pairing with your physical Flint card, this app completely transforms the way you interact with your device. Simply tap your card to your phone to instantly block distracting apps and lock yourself into a deep focus mode. While locked, you'll hear soothing ambient sounds—like a calming fireplace—and see a Live Activity to keep you anchored in the zone. When your session is finished, just tap your Flint card again to unlock your apps. It's that simple.
