Chatflex is the support agent console for your iPhone. Connect to your Chatflex account by entering the server address, and keep serving your customers wherever you are. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Unified inbox: see every conversation across your inboxes and filter by status (open, pending, resolved), by unread, and by conversations assigned to you. • Real-time chat: messages arrive instantly, with typing indicators, private notes for your team and canned responses. • Full media support: send photos, videos and files, record and play voice messages, and preview images and documents without leaving the conversation. • Push notifications: get alerted when a customer replies or a conversation is assigned to you, and jump straight to it. • Sales pipeline: follow your deals on a Kanban board, move cards between stages and open the conversation behind each card. • Agenda: see today's and upcoming appointments, book a time for a customer in a few taps, even from inside a conversation, and confirm, reschedule or cancel bookings. Administrators can set up locations, professionals, working hours and services. • Calls: answer and place calls from the inboxes that support voice, with call history. • Search: find conversations, contacts and messages by text. • Contacts: view and edit contact details, custom attributes and conversation history. • Support actions: assign conversations to agents and teams, change status, mark as read or unread, and add labels. • Multiple accounts and inboxes, with quick switching between them.
