CNet Tiny WMS

CNet Tiny WMS keeps track of which shelf location every item in your warehouse is on, and in what quantity. A small warehouse management system for the phone or terminal you already have. LOCATIONS, NOT WAREHOUSES The warehouse is divided into locations — shelves, pallets, spots — and every location has a printed barcode label. Scan the location, scan the item, enter a quantity. That is all. FOUR MOVEMENTS • Put away — place an item on a location. • Withdraw — take it off. • Move — from one location to another, or between warehouses. • Count — a supervisor counts the shelf and the difference is recorded as a correction, with the counted figure kept in the history. TWO QUESTIONS Where is this item? What is on this shelf? One scan answers both — the app tells a shelf label from an item barcode by itself. WORKS OFFLINE Warehouses have corners the WiFi does not reach, and that is exactly where the shelves are. The app keeps the item catalogue, the locations and the balances on the device. Anything you record offline is kept and sent by itself once the network returns, and every balance shown from the local copy says how old it is. UNITS WITH PRECISION Pieces have no decimals. Kilograms have two. Metres have three. The app reads each item's unit from your ERP and will not let you enter a quantity the unit cannot hold. ON YOUR OWN SERVER The app has no account of its own and keeps no data of its own. It connects to your company's server, on your own network, with the ERP login you already have. Item codes, descriptions and units are read from Entersoft ERP; nothing is written back to it.
