Intercom Smart Access

Intercom Smart Access opens the gate at buildings and private estates where you have been given access — by scanning, by walking up with Bluetooth, by a one-time code, or by answering a video call from the entrance. Please note: this app needs two things. First, an Intercom entry panel installed at your building or estate — if your property does not have one, the app has nothing to open. Second, an invitation. Your building manager or a resident grants your access, and it arrives as a text message with a code. You cannot add a property yourself, so without an invitation there is nothing for the app to show. FOUR WAYS THROUGH THE GATE • Scan — the panel shows a code that changes after every use • Bluetooth — your phone recognises the entrance you are standing at • One-time code — six digits for a visitor with no app, typed on the panel • Video call — a visitor presses call, your phone rings like a normal call, and you can see them and open the gate from anywhere INVITE THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD BE THERE Give a family member, a tenant, a cleaner or a contractor their own access — with a role, a date range, and the days and hours they may come in. They get a text with a code and set up their own account. STAY IN CONTROL Suspend someone's access with one tap and it stops at the next attempt. Revoke it and it is gone. Every entry, allowed or refused, is recorded — who, when, and how they came in. PRIVACY Your location is never tracked. Bluetooth recognition happens on your phone; your position is never recorded or sent anywhere. Video and audio during a call are live only — nothing is stored.
