Record how you feel, keep a private journal, and take a moment to reflect with Zai. Your check-ins and journal work without an account and stay on your iPhone. On compatible devices with Apple Intelligence available, have a text or voice conversation processed on your device. Dictation requires on-device recognition for your selected language. There is no cloud fallback. Review your week, revisit your notes, and delete your local data whenever you choose. Entries are excluded from backups: deleting the app or losing the device can lose them permanently. Zai supports everyday wellbeing. It is not a medical service, therapist, diagnostic tool, or emergency service. AI responses may be inaccurate. Conversations require iOS 26 or later and a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled and its model ready. Journal and check-ins support iOS 18 or later.
