Tydra

Tydra lets you bill a job just by talking. It's built for New Zealand tradies. Did some extra work that wasn't in the quote, or a full callout? Say what you did and Tydra writes it up as a priced line, ready to send. No more notes on the back of your hand that never make it onto the invoice. No more "I'll sort the paperwork tonight" and losing the money. You talk, Tydra writes it up. HOW IT WORKS • Hold the button and say what you did, like "Replaced the cracked ridge cap, about an hour and a quarter, parts around $135, Dave's happy." • Tydra writes it up as a clean line: what you did, labour, parts, and a total in dollars. • Check it on the spot, add a photo, and confirm. It's on the bill. MADE FOR THE JOB SITE • Record with one tap, even with your hands full or your gloves on. • Record away from the job too. In the ute, on smoko, back home. Get it down while you remember it. • Add photos to show what you did and who you talked to. • A list up top shows what needs you: waiting to approve, no job yet, failed, or still uploading. • Bad signal? It waits and uploads on its own once you're back in range. FOR WHOEVER SENDS THE BILLS • Managers and owners can approve work from the site, so nobody has to drive back to the office. • Send a job straight to Xero once the customer's happy and you're ready to invoice. • Your team, customers, price list, quotes and billing all live on the Tydra website, one tap away. WHY TYDRA The money you lose on a job usually isn't the big stuff. It's the little extras you forget. The ridge cap, the extra run of fascia, the outside tap they asked for as you were leaving. Tydra catches them right when they happen, using the one thing you've always got free on site: your voice. Tydra is a subscription. Manage your plan and your account at go.tydra.app.
