PULS3 gives you specialist coaches for sleep, nutrition, movement, stress and recovery, and mood, all in one app. They work from the same picture of you, share what they notice, and agree on one clear plan for your day. YOUR DAY, ALREADY SORTED Open the app and see what matters today: one anchor from your coach, tonight's dinner, and the small steps around them. No dashboards to decode. TRAINING THAT ADAPTS Life happens. Miss a week, sleep badly, or get sick, and your program eases before it builds again. You come back at the right pace, not from zero. DINNER THE WHOLE HOUSE CAN EAT Plan the week's meals for everyone at your table. PULS3 knows who is eating each night and checks every meal against each person's allergies. When a meal does not fit, it helps you find a safe swap. IT NOTICES. YOU DECIDE. Connect Apple Health or your Oura ring. When your data shows a pattern, like better recovery after more active days, your coach suggests a small experiment. You choose to test it, ease it, or skip it. YOUR WEEK, IN ONE REPORT A weekly email shows what you did, what changed, and what to try next. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your HealthKit data and PULS3 memory remain on your phone. Relevant coaching context is processed transiently in a cloud model call. By default, the server does not retain conversations. Signed-in beta users can separately choose to retain only new coaching messages and replies for up to 14 days for restricted product-quality review. This is off by default and can be withdrawn in Settings. PULS3 supports everyday health decisions. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose, and is not for emergencies.
