When the night is over you get your Scare Score and the moment you jumped the most. HOW IT WORKS • 15 seconds of calm: the app measures your resting heart rate first • Live screen: your pulse, a fear meter that fills as your heart races, and the session clock • BOO! A screaming skull pops up the moment a scare is detected, with how many beats your heart jumped, and a tap on your wrist so you feel it without looking.
