Access Applause

Access Applause sits as part of the Access Evo business process platform and comes with a suite of reports to enable tracking and monitoring of both recognition and reward information for full management analysis. The app is fully mobile and offers notifications via email, in Evo/product and mobile push. It is fully and easily configurable by the business to fit with any organisations values and culture. Employees can engage with their peers by sending shouts and managers can award points that employees can spend in the virtual shop. Your business gets a suite of reports to allow overall overviews of engagement and managers get a view of their direct reports. You can see trends and filter to underlying data to give you an insight of how engaged your workforce is. Implementing an employee recognition program will give your business the competitive edge. It can improve employee happiness, engagement, reduce staff turnover, reduce cost, increase productivity and boost morale. Access Applause offers a simple, configurable, easy to implement solution designed to give all employees the recognition they deserve.
