Wakulus

Wakulus is an alarm clock for people who keep hitting stop and falling back asleep. You turn it off by solving math, and by the last answer your brain is awake. WAKE UP BY THINKING When the alarm goes off, tap Solve and answer a short round of math questions. Pick how hard: Easy (addition and subtraction), Medium (two-digit numbers and times tables) or Hard (multi-step problems). Pick how many questions, from 1 to 10. QUIET WHILE YOU SOLVE Other quiz alarms keep blaring while you're trying to think. Wakulus doesn't. Each tap quiets the alarm for a few seconds so you can focus. Put the phone down and stop answering, and it starts ringing again. You choose how long the quiet lasts. NO EASY WAY OUT • Turn the volume down and it goes straight back up to the level you chose. • Leave the app or lock the phone and the alarm keeps playing. • Swipe the app away and the alarm rings again within seconds. • Swipe the alarm notification away and it keeps coming back until you solve it. • A ringing or snoozed alarm can't be turned off, edited or deleted until you solve it. EVERYTHING AN ALARM SHOULD DO • Rings in Silent mode and through Focus, and shows on the lock screen • Repeat on any days of the week • Labels for each alarm • Snooze on or off, with a length you choose • Volume for each alarm (middle by default) • 12 alarm sounds made for Wakulus: Sunrise, Beacon, Chime, Marimba, Radar, Pulse, Birdsong, Bells, Digital, Harp, Siren and Lullaby • "Try It Now" to preview the quiz before you rely on it SIMPLE AND PRIVATE A clean, native iOS design.
