Confusing interface where I then have to sign in to other apps portals to access connect? I’m giving this 3 stars because the fee still remains cheaper than other options, and there does appear to be a massive selection if you dedicate some time to navigate it (not how I want to spend my day), but it really has me missing the ClassPass subscription my insurance previously offered. The trainers were higher quality, and it was so much easier to scroll through options for home workouts. Hoping this app will simplify the user interface. I get annoyed when I use it.

Unfortunately it hasn’t been the case because I have to spend about 15 minutes at each gym I visit signing up for each specific gym. (Even if it’s the same franchise). So this is good if you are going to be going to your local gyms but it’s not good to get a quick workout on the road.

They removed the only gym that I use on onepass at the start of the new year without ever telling me. So now my onepass is useless to me. I request a refund and...They removed the only gym that I use on onepass at the start of the new year without ever telling me. So now my onepass is useless to me. I request a refund and cancellation on the phone. They told me they would cancel my account and issue me a refund for that month. Perfect. Next month comes around and I am charged for another month of useless onepass! What!?! First customer support person had no clue. Call back and am told I will be refunded for both months now but they will “follow up in 3-5 business days”. 7 business day later… no response. I call again, gets escalated, and I receive an email an hour later saying I am not eligible for a refund!!!? What!!? They’re also going to charge me for another month just because they want to. Hardly any gym offerings anymore. Not worth the money. I wish I could leave a negative -10 star review

I heard about OnePass from Kaiser, whom I trust. I could use some fitness motivation. I saw on their list of participating fitness centers a gym I was intereste...I heard about OnePass from Kaiser, whom I trust. I could use some fitness motivation. I saw on their list of participating fitness centers a gym I was interested in going to… Immediately signed up and paid the enrollment fee. On my lunch break a few hours later that same day, I visited that gym and was told they are no longer with OnePass. What? How can that be?? Disappointed, I went back to my OnePass account to cancel and request a refund, and couldn’t. A month later, OnePass said they did an investigation and determined I didn’t qualify for a refund. That made no sense. Unfortunately, that’s how they do business. My advice to you newbies is to physically show up to the place you want to exercise to make sure they are actively participating with OnePass BEFORE you sign up with OnePass. Once they have your money, they are keeping it. I wish I knew that.

Login is difficult, it loses my workout stats from failures nearly 20% of the time, and be prepared to have everything downloaded, because the app won’t do it for you, and as soon as you leave cell service, poof! there goes the workout and stats again. With all this trouble storing workouts, you’d think you’d at least be able to repeat them. Well, kinda. You can repeat the workout, but not the training plan. Because there’s no way to un-check your progress either.

I purchased a pass on March 27th to view what OnePass offered and cancelled it immediately because it was not worth the price. Not only did i get charged $60 ( an additional $30 for the first enrollment fee.... lol) but on April 1st, I got charged another $30. Fun fact, if you don't cancel the subscription 30 days in advance, you'll get charged for another month. So i paid basically $100 for a service I cancelled immediately. $60 for 3 days and $30 for the next month. Customer service is horrible. Provides no help and they misspelled my name twice. lol. a joke.

I’ve had an issue accessing my account due to some issues on there end creating my correct account. I’ve bern trying to get a simple thing like getting logged into my account fixed since Jam1. Almost 2 months and still can’t access my account. Last representative I spoke with hang up on me because they said the system doesn’t recognize your info. Without warning went into a scripted response then hang up on me. I don’t recommend this service to anyone due to poor customer service.

Mistakenly signed up on the last day of the month and got charged for the full month and then the next day got charged for a new month. The fine print was buried in the sign up and so when I called I just got quoted well you agreed you agreed nothing we can do. I said that I’m going to consider canceling and was advised I have to give 30 days notice otherwise I get charged another full month. What an awful way to do business. I just signed up and I fully regret it.

Additionally, every time I click on a gym on the map, read the about section, then leave it brings me all the way back to a macro view of the map, so I have to scroll to the area I was just in, zoom in, and click the next gym. It would help if the gyms were labeled on the map that way I wouldn’t have to click each point on the map to figure out what gym it is
