MCC Assist Hub

MCC Assist Hub — the provider app for Motor CareConnect MCC Assist Hub is the on-the-road companion for approved Motor CareConnect service providers and technicians. Whether you handle roadside assistance, battery jumpstarts, tyre changes, or towing, the app puts every assigned job in your pocket and guides you from acceptance to completion. Receive jobs instantly Get notified the moment a job is assigned to you. Push notifications keep you in the loop even when the app is closed, so you never miss a request. Accept within the window Each new job comes with a clear countdown timer. Review the customer, vehicle, and location details, then accept or decline before the window closes — no guesswork. Navigate straight to the customer Once you accept, get the pickup and breakdown location right away and head there with turn-by-turn directions from your preferred maps app. Share your live location While a job is in progress, share your real-time location so the customer and operations team always know you're on the way. Location sharing runs only during an active job and stops automatically when the job ends — your privacy and battery are respected. Upload proof on site Capture and upload job photos directly from your phone to document vehicle condition and completed work. Everything is attached to the job record for a clean, verifiable history.
