You can cash out any time and you receive payments within a few days, which is pretty decent for just passive income. I also love being able to gain additional points from the surveys. My one problem keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that probably 1/3 of all surveys are broken in some manner. I’ve spent time on TONS of surveys for nothing because I finish (or sometimes don’t even make it to the last question), and the survey will just quit working. A “next” button won’t appear, the survey itself will crash, it will tell you that you’ve finished but doesn’t give you a “finish” button, so you have to exit the survey which automatically disqualifies you and you can’t go back, etc. ..Sometimes I even just click the wrong answer by accident and it kicks me out because the answer didn’t match the pre-asked questions, but it never gave me a chance to change my answer. So that can be extremely frustrating. If that were fixed, I would tell literally everyone I know about this app. Overall, it wont replace your income, and the surveys are a bit of a gamble, but if you’re already spending (or wasting) a lot of your time playing games, or just want something to pass the time, this app is a no brainer.

I have not been consistent enough with this one to get a decent rating Devin my earned coin that is supposed to trade for gift cards. Then I decided to focus a little more on this platform to see how quickly I could rack up the coins. Well I guess I will have to just come out and say it, it is a complete and total waste of time. Since I love to review lots of different items, games, websites etc, I am dilligent about clicking through all the different types of bonuses, extra play, or tournaments the games I play, have to offer. So at the beginning of the week, I had 200 coins (wk of 1/5/26). And I played throughout the week and raided it to 240. That isn’t much considering the amount of coins it takes (100,000’s and more) to clam a bottom lane gift card. But I guess my play really isn’t that big of a deal. To make a long story short in the end as I was clicking through two new bonuses and extra plays there is a game where I can choose chess and somehow someway I inadvertently spent two 00 of my coins just to pick one chest one chest so average that out if a person is only earning on the low end 40 coins a week there’s no way that playing any side games is going to get you into the number that is needed for the gift cards unless you never play a side game at all so my suggestion keep looking move around finding something else there’s quite a few games out there that I’ve seen and that I played that are worthy and unfortunately this just isn’t one of them I probably am not going to pursue it any longer just simply because I know when I’ve been conned, and that is what keeps the loyal players away like me!

So i downloaded LOTS of games and spent ALL my free time playing the games and doing surveys because i needed some extra money for christmas presents. I can ASSURE I am the one that played all those games and did the surverys and i did not have an app do it for me or get another person to play some of the time. I was able so make enough units to earn a $10 gift card in only ONE week because of all the time i played their stupid games that was extremely boring and their surveys that took over an hour and got a little personal. BUT when i went to redeem my gift card it wouldnt let me redeem it and kept saying it failed. I contacted customer support and before they even answered back I got COMPLETELY BLOCKED FROM MISTPLAY!! because apparently it is against their “terms and services” to earn more then 1000 units a day in the app but of course they didnt tell me that so i earned over a 1000 a day because i was playing thier boring games so i can order my sister her christmas presents. and then customers support answers back DAYS later just to tell me that I got blocked due to “unusual activity” and I will NOT get my account back OR my $10!! this app is literally a SCAM and they USED me to help get them and the games money from all the ads and surveys but REFUSED to give me the money I EARNED!! one star review and I am NEVER going to suggest Mistplay to anyone. and i am going to tell my family and friends what Mistplay did to me.

This app is such a scam. I was so hopeful that it would be real. I’m a mom and my hours just got cut at my job for the summer. My friend has been using this app for a couple weeks now and earned a couple gift cards so she suggested I try it out to help with expenses while my hours are cut at work. So I downloaded the app, and set up my account. I did everything correctly. I then downloaded two different games through the app like it says to do and I started playing the games. In less than a day I was already at $20 in points and was so excited. Then my account got blocked that same day. For that entire week I sent in three different requests for service. I didn’t hear back until the following week. They are telling me that I violated their terms of service. But for some reason they refuse to tell me HOW I did that. And they refuse to rectify the situation and aren’t even going to at least pay me what I had already earned in points. The only thing I can think of is that I was earning too fast for their liking. They don’t actually want to pay everyone out so they block the people that might earn too fast and lie and tell them that it’s because they violated the terms. I literally didn’t do anything other than play the games. This company has no integrity and false advertises. Don’t use them, it’s not worth the disappointment.

They have/had this treasure hunt where your using your point to buy chests looking for treasure and you had to find 6 to win a $10 gift card. I used my points over a week or so and found six and was excited that I found an app where I could actually earn something and cash out but that’s when the scam or fraud happened. Around 24-48 hours after I logged in to see if there were any details on my gift card only to find they suspended my account. There was an option to reach out to support if you think it’s a mistake so I reached out only to be told by support that “after further review your account appears to be involved in actions that violate section 11 - prohibited conduct and content on fair gameplay and platform integrity. These actions relate to behavior that manipulates or exploits the Mistplay platform for personal gain.” I asked them to basically elaborate more and tell me or show me what k did wrong as I had been playing monopoly go and phase 10 so I’m not sure how I could’ve done this. I also advised them I would be leaving this review to let others know my experience because to me it seems a little fishy that right after I earned a $10 gift card my account gets locked.

There was a glitch where PayPal wasn’t an option in the shop but, I think it’s was an update glitch because it was back on there later. There were some games that would have been easy and fast level up’s but they never registered as installed. So I wasted downloading the game for any future app. Now the reason for the 1 star. Five days ago I get signed out and upon signing back in it pops up saying Something went wrong contact support. I have sent 3 messages/forms inquiring about it and no response. No email confirming they received my request. Nothing. I also made a payout earlier in the day before this happened and should have received it yesterday and nothing. So 1 star for poor customer service. If anything changes I will change my review. So now I’m sitting on games in progress. If this hadn’t of happened, I would recommend this app to anyone who likes to grind games. In a month and a half I have made a little over $300. But that was grinding a lot. Trying several different games that level up fast. But also continuing games that exceeded the turbo boosts time frame. I hope my issues get resolved soon because it was a much needed extra income.

After earni...I invested a tremendous amount of time into Mistplay over many months and even spent my own money on in-game purchases to progress in several games. After earning and redeeming about $65 in rewards, I was close to another $100 payout when my account was suddenly permanently banned for “unusual activity.” The problem is that I never violated the Terms of Service. I played the games, completed the objectives, and used the app exactly as it was intended to be used. Instead of providing any meaningful explanation or evidence, Mistplay simply issued a permanent ban and refused to reconsider it. It’s incredibly frustrating to dedicate countless hours to an app that promises rewards, only to have those rewards taken away without a clear explanation. The appeal process was completely one-sided, with generic responses instead of an actual investigation into my account. My biggest issue isn’t even the money—it’s the complete lack of transparency and fairness. If an app can permanently ban legitimate users after they’ve invested significant time and even real money, then users should think carefully before committing to it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mistplay. Be aware that all the time and money you invest could be lost if your account is flagged, even if you’ve done nothing wrong.

I always have to email them and tell them that I was never credited. And when they do credit me the next goal expires because they wait like 12 days to get back. And on top of that the rewards they say you can win always seem to change. If you see a reward that says get 4,000 points to get a Giftcard they never allow you to get it cause it will always say your 4,000 away for that goal. You will never reach your goal to get that Giftcard. This place is a scam. All that gets paid is them. From you playing. You will always get nothing. They change the payout on the game you’re playing too. I was playing candy crush and it said get to such level to earn 8,000 credits I get there and it changes to 1,000. This place lies about everything. I never could make the lowest amount possible. And that’s the $10. Giftcard. Always going to never reach the amount cause it keeps changing. Well I have all my pictures and emails. This is fraud and I’m going to treat it as such. I’m going to talk to a judge and have this place taken down. Or at least have them pay me for the reward I can never reach. In any matter. He will look at my documents and decide. Cause I’m done with this scam. Apple will also get a copy.

I’ve also used Swagbucks and Kash kicks. Those have also paid but I’ve had to pay in to them and I’ve actually been screwed over on them. There were times that they wouldn’t track my pay fairly either. Just play and cash em all I’ve never had to spend a penny and I’ve always been paid without issue. This mistplay just made me mad! This is the worst reward app I’ve ever tried! I tried gardenscapes and words with friends which I love both of them but mistplay never ever gave me credit for them at all no matter how much I played! I reached out with no response! They did give me some credit for them at all games I couldn’t stand but I don’t want to play those games! I want to play something I actually enjoy and get paid for it like I was supposed to! This is the worst app of them all and I really regret trying with it! I got fed up and deleted it and just forfeited my earnings because I don’t feel like playing the stupid games to have enough credit to cash out. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your effort because there are amazing apps out there that actually pay and have great games! Cash em all is my favorite!

The next day I get on the app and my account is suspended. No explanation. I contacted support multiple times and was simply told I violated section 11 of the terms of use. Upon further reading of the terms of use, I did absolutely nothing that would cause this. I asked for an explanation multiple times and the only answer I was given was that “to maintain the integrity of our system, we reserve the right to suspend accounts at any time due to suspicion of a violation”. I sent back an email explaining every point of section 11 of the terms of use and how I did NOT violate them. I just wanted some kind of explanation and didn’t get any. And now I lost out on at least $30. Not to mention, I spent $5 of my own money to earn some gems. And now that’s gone too. No explanation, no nothing. Just told me that the decision is final and gave me nothing. Seems like a great idea, but the fact they can suspend accounts at any time is absolutely terrible with no explanation. Be wary of earning money on this app at a good pace and DEFINITELY be wary of using your own money to earn gems. So frustrated and confused.
