2U Facility

2U Facility is the app our laundry teams use to process orders for 2ULaundry and LaundroLab. Every bag is checked in, sorted, washed, dried, folded and staged through the app, so each order is cleaned to the customer's stated preferences and is ready to go back to them the next day. The app also shows the team what is in the building and what is due: a live board of every bag and the step it is on, cycle timers for the washers and dryers, the customer's own laundry preferences on the bag in hand, and a record of any damage found before cleaning. It also keeps score: your own pace against target, the shift's delivery goals, and how the team is doing today. Available in English and Spanish.
